How to fill the form online

Enter your application number, which is the Applicant ID from your PDF or from the application. Click Send OTP, then enter the code sent to the mobile number or email registered on the application to open your tracking link.

Official province portals

Each province has its own portal. Use the one for the province where your transport office is located:

Fastest and easiest way: use our app

Searching each portal by hand takes time. Our app, Driving License Nepal, gathers all the province portals and a step-by-step guide for every service in one place. It is the fastest and easiest way to apply. Download Driving License Nepal from Google Play, open How to Apply, choose your service, and follow the steps.

Once you have submitted an application, the portal gives you an Applicant ID. You can use it to follow the application through each stage. Tracking matters most during approval, because the office may send a request for more documents, and a missed request can hold up the whole file.

Portal steps, in order

  1. Enter your application number (the Applicant ID).
  2. Click Send OTP. The code goes to the mobile number and email registered on the application.
  3. Enter the OTP.
  4. Open your tracking link to see the status and any requests.

If SMS does not arrive

If the SMS does not arrive, use the OTP sent to your email instead. Check your spam folder too.

If you lost your QR code

After each submission you receive an Applicant ID and a PDF with a QR code. If you lose the QR code, the Applicant ID is enough to find the application through this page.

Why check regularly

During approval the office may ask you to upload additional documents. Check the tracking page often so you can respond quickly.

Start on your province's portal. Gandaki applicants can use edlvrs.gandaki.gov.np/edl.
